Windsor Parkway Rose Garden Park

Small park along Northwest Hwy. in the far east part of the downtown area.  Created from a portion of the Windsor Parkway.  The Rose Garden is a passive recreation area with considerable public exposure.  Memorial bricks, a sun dial and assortment of rose bushes are planted here.  No additional bricks can be added due to space limitations.
